About Us
FIA is an independent company with a vision - to offer environmentally sensitive solutions for water quality improvement with the emphasis on water purification and minimization of water evaporation.
FIA provides advice, evaluation, sourcing and project management for: -
- Floating Biosphere Islands for the removal of organic matter, chemicals and metal-ions in contaminated water bodies;
- Floating Covers for the reduction of water evaporation;
- Floating and/or beached panels to minimise wave damage to reservoir walls etc
FIA utilises polymeric waste stream materials for the construction of the Floating Biosphere Islands and Floating Covers.
The emphasis is on sustainability by maximizing the usage of recyclables.
All its products are themselves designed for reuse in the construction of other structures and/or conversion to energy at the end of product life.
